Job Title: Business Development Trainee

Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
– Conduct research to identify potential target markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
– Gather and analyze data to support business development initiatives and decision-making processes.
– Stay updated on market developments, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

2. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
– Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients or business opportunities.
– Research and build a database of prospective clients through various channels, such as online platforms, industry events, and networking.

3. Proposal Development:
– Collaborate with the business development team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
– Assist in preparing and delivering pitches to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products or services.

4. Relationship Building:
– Support the cultivation and maintenance of client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.

5. Sales Support:
– Provide support in coordinating sales activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and tracking sales performance metrics.
– Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to existing clients.

6. Learning and Development:
– Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge of business development practices and industry-specific skills.
– Actively seek feedback and guidance from mentors and supervisors to foster your professional growth.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Strong passion for business development and eagerness to learn and grow.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
– Prior internship or work experience in business development, sales, or marketing is beneficial but not required.

Benefits:

– Compensation of 6 to 30K per month(based on performance)

– Monday to Saturday / weekdays
– Working in different roles as per training program.
